ONETWOFIT Foldable Rowing Machine & LAT Pull Down Machine 2 in 1: technical features
The main appeal is its two-mode cable setup. Change the pulley position to switch between rowing and lat-pulldown exercises. The advertised resistance range is 0–90 lb; resistance is created by attaching your own dumbbells or barbells to the steel hooks, so confirm that your weights and preferred setup are compatible. A 39.4-inch pull-down attachment is included for wide- and narrow-grip training.
The steel-frame machine has a stated maximum user weight capacity of 300 lb. Unfolded, it measures 69.3 × 66.9 × 20.3 inches; folded, the listing gives dimensions of 69 × 20 × 20 inches. Wheels at the base are intended to help move it when folded. The seat has a 2-inch foam cushion, and the handles are leather-wrapped. For a smaller home gym, compare the unfolded footprint with your available floor space and verify the folded measurements on the current listing before purchase.
