Neezee Adjustable Weight Bench: technical features
The backrest has seven positions, adjustable using a safety pin, for flat, incline and decline setups. The listing suggests using the bench for strength exercises involving the legs, back, chest, abs, shoulders and arms; the two included resistance bands are described as an extra for arm training. Before buying, check the bench’s open footprint against your available workout space and consider the stated folded dimensions: 10.6 inches wide by 33 inches high. The listing says it can be stored in a corner or under a bed.
For construction, Neezee describes a heavy-duty steel frame with triangular and dual-support construction and gives a maximum capacity of 300 kg (660 lb). The seat and backrest use PU leather over high-density foam, with double-stitched edges; foam footrests are also noted. Confirm that the adjustment mechanism locks securely in each position and that the bench feels stable on your floor before training. The seller says assembly takes about three minutes and includes the required tools. These are listing claims, so check the product page and instructions for full details.
