THERUN Cross Trainer: technical features
The machine’s 6 kg bidirectional flywheel and 16 resistance levels are designed to let users adjust workout intensity, from lighter cardio to endurance or strength-focused sessions. THERUN describes its internal annular magnetic control system as operating below 20 dB, with smooth, uniform resistance. A sealed metal bearing design is also intended to reduce friction and support a natural stride.
For monitoring, the LCD displays scan, time, speed, distance, calories, pulse and ODO, while built-in pulse sensors provide pulse data. Two handlebar options offer different training positions: fixed short handlebars for stabilisation and lower-body focus, and moving long handlebars to engage the upper body. The listing states a maximum user weight of 120 kg and a suitable user height range of 140–185 cm.
Space-related details include transport wheels for moving the machine, adjustable rear stabilisers and a water bottle holder. Textured anti-slip pedals are included. The listing describes the frame as reinforced 2 mm thick steel and says assembly instructions and video tutorials are available on the product page. Check the machine’s dimensions on Amazon and compare them with your available floor space before purchase.
