PhysKcal Hex Dumbbells: technical features
The dumbbells have a solid cast-iron core and high-grade steel, with a construction designed for even weight distribution and durability. Their 8 mm NBR and PVC poly coating is described as low-odour and slightly harder than traditional rubber. It is also intended to absorb impact, helping protect floors and reduce noise during use. The product page describes a secure head-to-handle construction designed to keep the heads from coming loose.
The hexagonal heads prevent rolling and can serve as handles for movements such as renegade rows, dumbbell clean and jerks, and burpees over dumbbells. The contoured, knurled chrome-plated handles are designed for a firm grip; check that the grip feels comfortable for your hand and exercises. Weight options range from 5 kg to 25 kg: 5, 7.5 and 10 kg are sold in pairs, while 12.5, 15, 20 and 25 kg are sold individually. Check the pack format and choose weights that suit your training plan. Fixed dumbbells provide set weights, while adjustable options may suit those who need a different range; the listing does not provide a direct comparison with adjustable models.
