ComFy Mat Gym Flooring Mat: technical features
The tiles are made from high-density EVA foam and interlock to form a surface that can be arranged to suit a workout area. The product information describes them as a soft, comfortable surface for push-ups, Pilates and yoga, and says they can help protect floors from scratches, scuffs and dents. It also notes that placing heavy exercise equipment or machinery on the mats will cause permanent indentations, although this is stated not to affect their intended use.
The listing describes the surface as non-slip and includes double-sided adhesive stickers to help secure the tiles. Before choosing them, check whether the 60 × 60 cm tile size fits your available floor space, consider how the assembled surface feels underfoot for your exercises, and assess whether the adhesive is appropriate for your floor. The provided details do not specify tile thickness or cleaning instructions, so verify those points if they matter to your setup. The foam is described as odourless and free from phthalates, lead and latex, and as ASTM-rated safe.
