Yaheetech adjustable barbell weight set: technical features
The listed weight options are 30 kg, 25 kg and 20 kg. The plates are concrete-filled and covered in HDPE, while the curl bar is made from solid nickel-plated iron. Its W-shaped form is designed to provide a more natural grip, and the handle has a textured, anti-slip surface. This configuration may suit exercises such as curls and presses, as noted in the product listing.
Two threaded star-lock collars secure the plates to the bar. The listing recommends re-tightening them before workouts, a useful step to include in a consistent equipment check. Before choosing a weight option, consider the increments available in the selected set and whether they fit your planned progression; the listing does not specify individual plate weights. Also measure your training and storage area, and allow room to assemble and use the bar. Its detachable design is described as space-saving and suitable for compact home spaces, but safe storage still means keeping plates and bar components stable and out of the way between sessions.
